what makes your company different? back to top
we take your project seriously. this is not something that we do part-time or on the side. we have years of experience, formal education, and are constantly improving our skills to keep up with the ever-evolving web world. we've invested in the best web design software on the market and more importantly, we know how to use it to give you the results you want. more importantly, since we operate a small business, we are able to give each and every client the personalized attention they deserve.

how much will it cost? back to top
we don't create arbitrary quotes based on how much we'd like to make or charge monthly fees. we are honest and upfront about our pricing structure and will give you a clear understanding of the cost before the project begins and no surprises when you receive the final invoice.

how long will it take? back to top
it depends upon the project. for websites, if you have the copy (i.e. text) for your site written before the design process begins, it generally takes two to six weeks from start to finish. copy should be in electronic format, preferably MS Word format. not having your copy completed before the design process is started can significantly delay the production of your site. for presentation, the whole process generally takes six to seven weeks and that includes all aspects of script, storyboard, photo shoot, and development production.

what is hosting and why do I need it? back to top
your website needs a home on the internet - a place for all your domain name, source files and graphics to reside. you can buy or rent web space through a hosting company. most hosting companies offer monthly, quarterly, and yearly packages. fees vary greatly depending on your needs, but on average somewhere around $20 a month should do it. no worries, we can handle all aspects of setting up a hosting account for you.

how many changes can I request to the drafts? back to top
we normally go through about two to three draft processes, but we'll make as many changes as necessary until it meets your approval. costs can vary if features and functions are added to the project after the development process has begun. we do ask for a final approval to the design before completing the text and content integration.

can I make changes after I approve the draft? back to top
yes, however design changes performed after you have approved the draft will be billable.

once the site is complete, can I make changes and updates to it myself? back to top
it depends upon the changes. often we design the site so that clients can make simple text and image changes on their own. sometimes, however, it easier for us to make changes. most times though, we do not charge for simple changes. larger edits may be billable, but all charges are discussed prior to implementation.

what is your payment policy and what type of payments do you accept? back to top
we usually receive 50% of your estimated total as a deposit prior to beginning work, but for larger projects we often spread the payments out over a longer period and sometimes require a smaller percentage upfront. we accept cash, checks, and credit card or PayPal payments. the final payment is due immediately upon completion of the project.

what are your office hours? back to top
we generally work from 9:00 to 5:00 PST, but we often "rise and shine" to work with east coast clients or "burn the midnight oil" if the creative sparks are flying late.
